Best LGA 1151 CPU for the Money?

I bought a new computer with a G4400 (H110 Mobo) and a GTX 1050ti. I'm wondering what the best CPU is that I could buy that would pair well with the GPU.

Games that I normally play are going to be CSGO, COD BO2, GTA V (Mainly this) and Batman Arkham City (Already a super good optimized game), Fallout3 etc. Mainly CPU based games. Would an i3 6100 be good, or would an i5 6500 be better for my purposes? I'm looking for budget under $200, thanks yo.

what board? can it work with kabylake chips?

id get a i5 7500 if you can, otherwise 6500

G4560 if you're mainly looking to game, it's available for $56 at Microcenter. The next step up, a 7th gen i3, would probably be bottlenecked by the processing power of the 1050ti in the majority of your stated applications.

I hear a lot of flack towards the i3 6100, is it good for multi-core gaming? (Such as GTA V?) or is the G4560 better anyway?

I'd recommend getting the most powerful one you can so your FPS won't be affected when you're being a scumbag cheater and ruining the game for others on CSGO.

ahh yes, instead of getting better performance, let me just buy a new CPU and mobo for the price of just getting a better CPU, cause that makes sense.
